What we collect, and what we do with it.
Last updated October 18, 2026. This policy covers the Northline Remodels website and the ways you contact us from it. It is short because we keep the data short.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you request a consult we collect your name, phone number, email if you give it, ZIP code, the type of project, your timeline, any notes, any photos you upload, and, if you use it, the 3D design you built on this site (your picks and a rendered picture of them). We also record the page you sent it from.
- Basic site data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, time of visit) to run the site and keep it secure.
- Advertising measurement. If we run ads, we may use the Meta pixel or similar tools to measure whether an ad led to a request. These tools use cookies or similar identifiers. You can limit this in your browser and in your Meta ad settings.
How we use it
- To call, text or email you about your project and to schedule the consult you asked for.
- To prepare your design, scope and written price.
- To measure which ads work, in aggregate.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with other contractors or lead lists. Nobody else calls you because you contacted us.
Calls and texts
When you check the consent box on our form you agree that Northline Remodels may call or text you at the number you gave, including with automated technology, about your project. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us on a call and we will stop. Reply HELP for help. If you leave the box unchecked, a person will still call you back by hand about the request you made.
Who handles the data for us
- Our website host (Netlify) stores form submissions and uploaded photos.
- New requests are forwarded to a private team chat so we can respond quickly.
- Our phone and email providers carry our conversations with you.
Each of these providers has its own privacy terms and uses the data only to provide the service to us.
How long we keep it
Requests and project records are kept as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and tax record obligations. Ask us and we will delete a request that did not turn into a project.

- Opt out of texts by replying STOP.
- Manage ad cookies in your browser settings.
Children
This site is for homeowners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Questions: hello@example.com.
